    • Class A:
      • Sealed official transcripts, or pre-approved electronic official transcripts
      • Matching jerseys for visual inspection
      • Student ID
      • Government-issued photo ID
    • Class AA:
      • Newspaper article (for publicity waiver)
      • Matching jerseys for visual inspection
      • Student ID
      • Government-issued photo ID
    • High School:
      • Proof of eligibility
  • If any player on your college team has received a written eligibility waiver from the NCPA, please print and have a copy of our official response out and ready.

    • Friday: 7 AM – 5:30 PM
    • Saturday: 7 AM – 5:30 PM

COLLEGE CHECK-IN FEES and WAIVERS
Save Your Team Hundreds!

Class A: Class A teams must have matching NCPA-approved jerseys including each player’s name and number and present them at team check-in.  There is a $500 fee if a Class A team does not have approved jerseys.  NCPA Jersey Requirements

Class AA: The Class AA entry fee is $900 – but your team can waive the remaining $300 of your entry fee with up to three fee waivers worth $100 each:1) Profile Waiver:  Complete your team and each player profile, including player photo and Player Information (in the Edit Profile tab of your APPA Player Profile.)
2) Jersey Waiver: Have matching team jerseys meeting the NCPA Jersey Requirements
3) Publicity Waiver:  Bring a front-page school newspaper article mentioning the 2015 National Championships.  One article is good for all lines from the same school.Remember, the entry fee that your school has paid assumes that your school will have all three waivers.  The remaining entry fee for any unmet waivers will be collected at registration.  Publicity waivers may be earned after the event and the $100 will be refunded to the original form of payment.High School: Each player MUST bring proof of eligibility, preferably a photo student ID card or a copy of the player’s yearbook with a photo of the player.  Other forms of eligibility documentation should be cleared with the NCPA in advance by emailing ncpa@college-paintball.com.

AIR TANKS WITH EXPIRED HYDROTEST DATES
Don’t bring them!

At Nationals this year, we WILL BE ACTIVELY ENFORCING air tank hydrostatic test dates.  Any tank found to be outside of it’s hydro date will be confiscated, the player WILL BE FINED $100, and the player will be immediately suspended until the fine is paid.  There will be no exceptions to this policy – it’s here for your safety and ours.

2015 Nationals Layout Release Poll | 2016 Board of Directors

2015 National Championships Field Layout Release Date Preference
 nationals_field_layout
For 2015, PSP changed their field release schedule so that the Pro field layout is released the day before play, and then used the following event as the layout for the Divisional fields.  This change was well-received by teams and contributed to some exciting play at Dallas, but also prevents us from using the Dallas Pro / Nashville Divisional layout for the 2015 National Champs as we had to order our custom field prior to Dallas.
As such, NCPA will be using a new, unique layout for Nationals.  We can release the layout in advance on March 27, or wait until the event to release it, likely April 15 or 16.
If your team is attending the 2015 National Championship, please visit your team profile on APPA at http://www.appapb.com/cgi-bin/teamprofile.cgi?page=NCPAVoting and indicate your layout release date preference between:
  • Layout released the week of Nationals
  • Layout released Friday, March 27

We will review the votes on Thursday afternoon and announce the results and possibly layout on Friday.  Preferences of paid teams (money received or payment pending) will be given strongest consideration, so make sure you get your National Championship entry paid, or invoice submitted to your school.

2015 – 2016 Board of Directors

The NCPA is holding elections for the Board of Directors for the 2015-2016 school year. Board member responsibilities include attending board meetings (held online), keeping in touch with schools in your region and bringing concerns to the attention of the Board and NCPA officers, and appointing officers (President, Treasurer, Secretary).
There are seven total seats on the NCPA Board of Directors; two At-Large seats plus five seats representing a particular region:
Midwest – Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, Wisconsin
North – Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Wyoming
Northeast – Delaware, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont
Southeast – Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia
West – Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah and Washington

Each school may vote for one candidate representing their region and for one At-Large candidate. If you are interested in running for one of these positions, you may apply for a position on the ballot by sending an email including your name, school, year in school, and your “stump speech” to election@ncpapaintball.com. Candidates must be full-time students for the duration of the 2015-2016 academic school year.

Candidate applications will be accepted through Friday, April 10.  Elections will run from Saturday, April 11th through Sunday, April 19th.

Instructions for voting:
Voting is done through the NCPA College Club List. Each member school should visit the NCPA College Club List . From here, find your school’s state in the upper list, then click on it. This will take you to a list of schools in your state; click on your school. Next, click on the ‘Edit Club Information’ link, and log in with your APPA login information. If you cannot find your team’s information, please e-mail us and we will get it for you.

Once logged in, visit the ‘NCPA Voting’ tab. You will be shown the list of current nominees; select your school’s vote and click ‘Submit Club Vote’. If no options are displayed to vote for, that means there are currently no people running for board members for your region. You should consider running!

Mid-Season Rankings

In Class AA, the Texas A&M Aggies are at the top of the heap, having won an impressive 4 out of 4 events this season!  Nipping at their heels are the Liberty University Flames, Kennesaw State Owls, University of Texas Longhorns, and Saginaw Valley State University Cardinals.  It’s going to be a very close race going into Nationals to see who will be the 2015 Class AA Season Champions.  Will Liberty be able to successfully defend their 2014 title?
