Event Car Rental Budget Rental Car – Use Budget Discount (BCD) Z051156 Hotel For 2011, teams are not required to stay at any particular hotel. We have a couple special rates negotiated below: Suburban Extended Stay, Lakeland FL Comfort Inn and Suites Hilton Garden Inn Event Airfare Tampa and Orlando airports are roughly equidistant from the event. Other air options include Sarasota, Melbourne, Daytona Beach, and Ft. Myers. Due to the lack of an airline hub in the Central Florida area and the prevalance of direct flights to central florida on a multitude of airlines, the NCPA will not be negotiating a discount rate with a specific airline this year. Tank Shipping IMPORTANT! Do not ship your tanks to arrive the day before play – allow at least one day for Murphy’s Law. If you would like to ship your tanks to the event, you can ship them to the field:

When you pay to have your tanks shipped to the event, also pay to have return shipping labels made. Then you can pack up your tanks on Sunday and use the return shipping labels. You can leave your tanks with us Sunday evening and we’ll drop them off at FedEx/UPS/USPS as long as you have return shipping labels completed and paid for. |
